Terms of Service

Public Tally is provided for business research, sales planning, and market intelligence. You are responsible for how you use report outputs and outreach recommendations.

You may not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, scrape protected systems through it, or use it for unlawful, deceptive, or discriminatory activity.

Reports are based on public records, third-party sources, and analysis available at the time of preparation. Public Tally does not guarantee that every source remains available, complete, or unchanged.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables are provided for your internal business use and may not be resold, republished, or used to recreate a competing dataset.

If a source is disputed, stale, corrected, or removed, Public Tally may downgrade, suppress, revise, or remove the related insight and keep an audit trail explaining the decision.

AI summaries, API responses, and MCP-style tool output are source-backed business intelligence surfaces, not independent professional advice or guaranteed complete government-record coverage.

Machine access is limited by configured scopes, customer boundaries, rate limits, usage limits, and the available source evidence. You may not use API or MCP access to bypass entitlement, scrape protected systems, or build a competing public-records dataset.

Each plan is limited to the inclusions, exclusions, price, billing interval, and stated scope shown at checkout, on the pricing page, or in a written offer from Dovecore Software LLC.

Validation Pack and District Audit are one-time research deliverables. Monitoring Feed and Category Partner are monthly subscriptions unless a written agreement says otherwise.

Unless a written offer says otherwise, paid plan access opens the report workspace after Stripe verifies checkout. Custom research, custom fields, integrations, and partner-lane changes require separate written scope.

Public Tally does not guarantee buyer meetings, responses, procurement outcomes, pipeline value, closed revenue, or exclusive rights outside a written agreement.

Paid products, subscriptions, and invoices are processed through Stripe. Prices, renewal terms, and included scope are shown at checkout or in the applicable written offer.

Support, refund, cancellation, custom research, expanded usage rights, or service credit requests should start from the Public Tally support page and require written agreement from Dovecore Software LLC.

Public Tally provides research and business intelligence, not legal, procurement, financial, or compliance advice. Verify important decisions with the appropriate professionals and primary sources.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Public Tally and Dovecore Software LLC provide the service as-is and disclaim implied warranties. Liability is limited to amounts paid for the applicable service unless a different written agreement applies.
