How a state earns its way in

Five lifecycle stages, enforced in the system.

Every state moves through the same pipeline: it is requested, its source catalog is approved, verification checks run, the catalog passes, and only then can the state contribute live public samples. Anything less fails closed.

The six-class review, in the open

Six source classes, each on an automated freshness clock.

A live state holds a certificate across all six source classes. Each class is re-verified on its own automated window, certificates expire after 30 days, and one missing or stale class seals that state's public inventory shut.
