Public Tally may handle contact details you provide, account and workspace information, support correspondence, product usage and security events, and billing identifiers managed with our payment provider.

The product also works with information available from official public sources. Public-source information is not treated as secret merely because it appears in a Public Tally record, but our internal review, certification, and customer-workspace data may be protected.

We use information to operate and secure the service, provide support, process billing, maintain source evidence, improve product quality, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

We use specialized providers to host and secure the service, deliver email, understand product usage, monitor errors, and process payments under appropriate agreements. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by Public Tally.

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for service delivery, security, billing, dispute resolution, source integrity, abuse prevention, and legal obligations.

You may contact support to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Public records may remain available from their originating public source even when Public Tally corrects or removes its own copy or reference.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to operate the service through contracted providers, or in connection with a business transfer.
